In order to promote the research in financial and economic law, we publish the academic journal "Chung Cheng Financial and Economic Law Review." We aspire to provide the Chinese-speaking community with an academic platform that combines both theoretical and practical perspectives. The journal is dedicated to in-depth exploration of legal issues in fields such as corporate law, international economic law, intellectual property law, tax law, and Asia-Pacific civil and commercial law, along with their theoretical foundations. Our goal is to enhance the level of research in financial and economic law and contribute to the advancement of financial and economic legal framework in Taiwan.
