Master In-service Program

1. Credits for Graduation(60 Credits): 30 Credits for Basic Law Required Courses, 24 Credits for Professional Elective Courses, and 6 Credits for Master's Thesis.

4. Master's Thesis (6 Credits required course)
  In principle, thesis is writing  mainly in Chinese. But if it is necessary to write in foreign language due to the nature of the thesis, please explain reasons with advisor's consent. The reason form deliver the resolution by department meeting after consent of department course committee meeting
       
5. Registration Area
  (1) Students should provide the find advisor(s) application form (including theresearch area and direction) to department office before the end of Dec. of second school year. (Download the form from this web)
  (2) The timing and notes which Financial and Economic Law master's in-sevice students selecting advisor(s):
    i. In principle, each teacher accepts a maximum of 2 students per year and 4 students every two years.

However, it should be pass a resolution by the department meeting if it is necessary to over accept students.
    ii. Students should provide the find advisor(s) application form to department office before the end of Dec. of second school year at the lastest, and pass after discussion in the department meeting.  (Download Application Form)
    iii. Can choose two advisors.
    iv. Student choose advisor who is other department teacher or an external school teacher and must find our department's teacher to advising together.

    v. If the teacher who is the law department's teacher in our school has taught in our department's course, student can choose to be adviser without find other our deprtment's teacher to advising together.

6. All students (including master's in-service students) must take the academic research ethics education course before applying the degree examinaiton.
       
7. If there are additional professional elective courses for master's in-service courses in our department, they are also recognized as professional elective credits.
       
8. Our master's in-service students can choose in-service required courses or elective courses from department of law or department of "Science Program in Accounting, Information and Law" as our credits of professional elective courses. These courses are limited to those which are not opened in our department, and our department only recognized up to 6 credits.
