III. Academic Affairs

  1. Drafting admission guidelines for various entrance examinations
  2. Coordinating admissions-related tasks for transfer students, master's programs, in-service master's programs, university recommendation and examination admissions
  3. Course scheduling
  4. Thesis application review and oral examination arrangements
  5. Reporting curriculum changes
  6. Student course selection, registration, and grade-related matters
  7. Graduation qualification review
  8. Processing applications for department transfers, minors, and double majors
  9. Conducting teaching feedback surveys
  10. Reviewing undergraduate and graduate program regulations
  11. Managing general education course-related affairs
  12. Handling faculty self-evaluation tasks

IV. Student Affairs

  1. Applications for various scholarships and grants (on and off campus)
  2. Reimbursement of wages for student assistants
  3. Reimbursement of expenses for orientation, beginning-of-term, mid-term, and other student forums
  4. Applications and reimbursements for student activities and competitions (on and off campus)
  5. Advising system management and reimbursement of advisor fees
  6. Reimbursement of wages for student tutoring sessions

V. Teaching and Research Affairs

  1. Reimbursement of expenses for academic conferences, lectures, exchanges, and related activities
  2. Assisting in the implementation of academic development plans
