Objectives of Instruction

1.	The instruction of the department (graduate institute) aims to train flexible logical thinking of judicial science and to educate law professionals that have interdisciplinary specialties covering economy and finance and technology.

2.	The instruction of the department (graduate institute) emphasizes both theory and practice. Beyond classroom instruction, the students participate in internships at law firms, legal consultation service at legal service organizations, and take up service activities in summer and winter vacations at courts of law or government offices.

3.	To cultivate professionals specialized in economic and financial law and law of technology and judicial administrators is the main objective of the Department of Economic and Financial Law.

4.	To cultivate senior professionals in economic and financial law that can respond to national economic development, technological advancement, and business operation needs is the main objective of the Graduate Institute of Economic and Financial Law.
